Recreational marijuana
Illinois could join ten other states, including Michigan, that allow the sale and use of marijuana for recreational purposes. Taxes on legal pot sales could infuse the state's coffers by hundreds of millions of dollars annually, new Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a supporter of the legislation, says.
