Vote Yes For Fairness is leading the campaign in support of the constitutional amendment. Quentin Fulks, a former campaign staffer for Gov. J.B. Pritzker's (D) 2018 gubernatorial campaign and the leader of the nonprofit Think Big Illinois, is the chairperson of the Vote Yes For Fairness PAC. Think Big Illinois, a nonprofit organization, was launched on February 8, 2019, and aired advertisements supporting legislation to place the constitutional amendment on the ballot. Gov. Pritzker had donated to the organization but had no other involvement, according to Think Big Illinois spokesperson Lara Sisselman.
